My Favorite Things

Let's face it. I watch a lot of television (not as much as I used to but still a lot). Right now, I only have 3 shows that I am watching every week. It used to be atleast 10 shows a week. I have listed, my top 6 favorite shows whether I am currently watching or watched until the season ended. 1. House - House was my favorite show on TV to watch until it was canceled. It wasn't like any of the other shows I watched where a doctor saves the day before the end of the episode. There isn't much to say about this show other than you need to watch it. 2. Blue Bloods - I love this show! I got hooked on it about a year ago and haven't stopped watching it since. I love crime dramas so this show was perfect for me. The fact that Donnie Wahlberg and Tom Selleck are in it had little to do with it (okay maybe a lot to do with it but hey they are my favorites on the show). 3. If you were to ask me why I like certain types of music, TV shows, books, etc.., I probably won't be able to tell you in words why. So I've decided to do a series of posts attempting to convey why I like the things I do. Let's start with music. When it comes to music, I like a variety of music. I like almost all types of music except for Rap, Hip-hop and Heavy Metal. My top favorite genres are; Pop, Country, Rock, and Christian/Gospel. My favorite artists/bands are Kenny Rogers, Blake Shelton, Tim McGraw, Sara Evans, Whitney Houston, Billy Joel, Skillet, MercyMe, Casting Crowns, Carrie Underwood, TobyMac, Josh Groban, Josh Gracin, Joey McIntyre, Jordan Knight, Brian Littrell, Howie D, Nick Carter, Backstreet Boys, New Kids on the Block, NSYNC, Boyz II Men, 98 Degrees, Willie Nelson, Big and Rich, Brooks and Dunn, Garth Brooks, Lonestar, Miranda Lambert, Trace Adkins.
